Testnet Environment
APEXISWAP operates exclusively on the Arc Testnet blockchain. Key points to understand:
- •Chain ID: 5042002 — This is a test network, not mainnet.
- •Native Currency: USDC (testnet) — These tokens have no real-world value.
- •No Mainnet Support: Do not send real mainnet assets to any address on this platform.
- •Data Resets: Testnet data may be reset or cleared at any time without notice.
Risk of Loss
Trading cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all invested funds. The value of digital assets can be extremely volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. Even on testnet, practicing proper risk management helps develop good trading habits.

APEXISWAP utilizes Uniswap V2-compatible smart contracts deployed on Arc Testnet. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with decentralized protocols:
Multi-DEX Routing
APEXISWAP integrates with multiple DEXes on Arc Testnet. Important considerations:
- •Protocol Fee: External DEXes (DEX 2 & DEX 3) charge a 0.0013 USDC protocol fee per swap.
- •APEXISWAP Native: No additional protocol fee when using APEXISWAP (DEX 1) routes.
- •Third-Party Contracts: External DEX contracts are not controlled by APEXISWAP.
- •Price Differences: Prices may vary between DEXes due to different liquidity depths.
Liquidity Pools
Providing liquidity to pools carries inherent risks including impermanent loss. The value of your deposited assets may decrease relative to holding them outside the pool. Fees earned from providing liquidity (0.3% per swap) may not compensate for impermanent loss in all market conditions. LP tokens represent your share of the pool and can be redeemed at any time.
Third-Party Tokens
APEXISWAP allows users to interact with various tokens. Important disclaimers:
- •Token listings do not constitute endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation.
- •Users should independently verify the legitimacy and safety of any token.
- •Fee-on-transfer tokens may behave unexpectedly — use APEXISWAP router for these.
- •Always check token contract addresses before trading.
Volume Events & Prizes
APEXISWAP hosts trading competitions with prize pools. Participation terms:
- •Prize distributions are made at admin discretion and may be delayed.
- •Wash trading or manipulation may result in disqualification.
- •Volume is calculated from on-chain swap events only.
- •Prizes are paid in testnet tokens with no real-world value.
Non-Custodial Platform
APEXISWAP is a fully non-custodial platform. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. All transactions are executed directly on the blockchain through smart contracts. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall APEXISWAP, its developers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other losses.
